1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
  • Personal care and skincare products that have been opened.
  • Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers (unless received damaged or incorrectly).

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order Number, product details, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If eligible, the refund will be processed according to our refund policy.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after verification.
